При помещении товаров на склад временного хранения таможенные органы требуют документы, содержащие сведения необходимые для идентификации товаров и предусмотренные пунктом 2 статьи 44 настоящего Кодекса. В качестве таких документов могут использоваться коммерческие, транспортные или иные документы, содержащие необходимые сведения.
