Статья 67. Сроки временного хранения

1. Срок временного хранения товаров составляет не более двух месяцев.
2. Предельный срок временного хранения скоропортящихся товаров составляет до 10 дней.
3. Временное хранение товаров и транспортных средств, являющихся вещественными доказательствами по уголовным делам и делам об административных правонарушениях в сфере таможенного дела, осуществляется до вступления в законную силу решения суда или постановления о прекращении дела, за исключением скоропортящихся товаров.
