1. На склад временного хранения могут быть помещены любые товары. Товары, могущие причинить вред другим товарам, или требующие особых условий хранения, должны храниться на складах или в помещениях склада временного хранения, специально приспособленных для хранения таких товаров.
2. Склады временного хранения могут использоваться также для хранения товаров в иных случаях, предусмотренных настоящим Кодексом.
