Статья 136. Продолжительность работы накануне праздничных дней

1. Накануне праздничных дней продолжительность работы работников,
кроме работников, указанных в статьях 133-134 настоящего Кодекса,
сокращается на один час.
2. Если по условиям производства невозможно сократить рабочую
смену накануне праздничных дней, работникам должен предоставляться по
мере накопления ими часов переработки дополнительный день отдыха,
который с согласия работника оплачивается как сверхурочная работа.
