Если дети остаются при каждом из родителей, размер алиментов с
одного из родителей в пользу другого, менее обеспеченного,
определяется в твердой денежной сумме, взыскиваемой помесячно и
определяемой судом в зависимости от материального и семейного
положения родителей в пределах установленных статьей 94 настоящего
Кодекса.
