Если родитель, уплачивающий алименты на несовершеннолетних детей,
имеет дополнительный доход от подсобного хозяйства, с него кроме
отчисления соответствующей доли заработка (дохода) в размере,
установленном статьей 94 настоящего Кодекса, может взыскиваться
определенная денежная сумма, устанавливаемая судом исходя из доходов
от подсобного хозяйства, падающих на долю этого родителя.
