лица, требующего выплаты средств на содержание детей, могут быть
определены в твердой денежной сумме, подлежащей выплате ежемесячно.
Размер этой суммы определяется судом, исходя из предполагаемого
заработка (дохода) родителя применительно к статье 94 настоящего
Кодекса.
