Инвалидам, нуждающимся в постороннем уходе и помощи, органами социальной помощи предоставляются медицинские и бытовые услуги на дому либо в стационарных учреждениях. Государство способствует развитию сети стационарных учреждений социальной защиты инвалидов, нуждающихся в постороннем уходе.
