(1) Организатор и руководитель преступного сообщества (преступной организации) несут ответственность за преступления, совершенные преступным сообществом (преступной организацией), которые охватывались умыслом этих лиц и соответствовали преступным целям создания этого сообщества (преступной организации). (2) Члены преступного сообщества (преступной организации), независимо от выполняемых в сообществе (преступной организации) преступных обязанностей, отвечают как соисполнители за все преступления, совершенные сообществом (преступной организацией), если они охватывались их умыслом и входили в круг целей создания преступного сообщества (преступной организации).
