(1) Заранее не обещанное укрывательство преступника, а равно орудий и средств совершения преступления, следов преступления либо предметов, добытых преступным путем, влечет ответственность лишь в случаях, специально предусмотренных настоящим Кодексом. (2) Не подлежат ответственности за заранее не обещанное укрывательство супруг или близкие родственники подозреваемого, обвиняемого или подсудимого.
