(1) Лицо, создавшее организованную преступную группу или руководившее ею, несет ответственность за все совершенные этой группой преступления, которые охватывались его умыслом. (2) Другие участники организованной преступной группы несут ответственность за совершенные организованной преступной группой преступления, которые охватывались их умыслом, независимо от выполняемой ими в составе группы преступной деятельности.
