1. Союз АВП вправе создать резервный фонд, порядок формирования и использования которого определяется уставом Союза АВП. Резервный фонд не может быть использован для других целей.
2. Решение об использовании средств резервного фонда принимается общим собранием (собранием представителей) Союза АВП.
