1. Доход Союза АВП формируется на основе вступительных и членских взносов, если их уплата предусмотрена уставом; добровольных взносов и пожертвований, государственных и иных грантов; поступлений от проводимой в соответствии с уставом Союза АВП деятельности; гражданско-правовых сделок; других не запрещенных законом поступлений.
Доходы от предпринимательской деятельности общественных объединений не могут перераспределяться между членами или участниками этих объединений и должны использоваться только для достижения уставных целей.
2. Союзу АВП может быть передана в установленном порядке в пользование, содержание и управление часть государственных ирригационных дренажных систем.
