Члены семьи нанимателя, проживающие совместно с ним, пользуются
наравне с нанимателем всеми правами и несут все обязанности,
вытекающие из договора найма жилого помещения. Совершеннолетние члены
семьи несут солидарную с нанимателем имущественную ответственность
по обязательствам, вытекающим из указанного договора.
