К членам семьи нанимателя относятся супруг нанимателя, их дети и
родители. Другие родственники, а также нетрудоспособные иждивенцы
могут быть признаны членами семьи нанимателя, если они проживают
совместно с нанимателем и ведут с ним общее хозяйство.
Если граждане, указанные в настоящей статье, перестали быть
членами семьи нанимателя, но продолжают проживать в нанимаемом
помещении, они имеют такие же права и обязанности, как наниматель
и члены его семьи.
Споры о признании лица членом семьи нанимателя разрешаются в
судебном порядке.
