Сроки аренды определяются договором. При этом аренда земли, иных
природных ресурсов предприятий, зданий, сооружений должна носить,
как правило, долгосрочный характер - от 5 лет и на более длительный
срок. С учетом характера имущества и целей аренды договор может быть
краткосрочным - до 5 лет.
