Предоставление земель для нужд обороны осуществляется по решению
Верховного Совета Республики Кыргызстан на возмездной основе в
соответствии со статьями 2, 16, 49 настоящего Кодекса.
Изъятие указанных земельных участков осуществляется по соглашению
между Республикой Кыргызстан и Союзом ССР.
