Землями для нужд обороны признаются земли, предоставленные для
размещения и постоянной деятельности войсковых частей, учреждений,
военно-учебных заведений, предприятий и организаций Вооруженных Сил
СССР, пограничных, внутренних и железнодорожных войск.
