Договор страхования прекращается в случае:
- истечения срока действия;

- прекращения юридического лица, за исключением случаев,
предусмотренных частью первой статьи 15 настоящего Закона;
- смерти страхователя, за исключением случаев, предусмотренных
частями первой и второй статьи 14 настоящего Закона;
- несоблюдения страхователем условий, предусмотренных абзацем
третьим статьи 17 настоящего Закона.
