Страхователь обязан:

- вносить в установленном порядке страховые платежи;

- принимать зависящие от него меры к сохранности застрахованного

имущества;

- сообщать страховщику о всяком существенном изменении,

происшедшем с застрахованным имуществом, а равно увеличивающем

опасность его повреждения или уничтожения. В этом случае страховщик

вправе потребовать увеличения размера страховых платежей либо

прекратить договор страхования в одностороннем порядке.
