Трудовые отношения с членом кооператива может быть расторгнут в
случае прекращения его членства в кооперативе в соответствии со
статьей 45 настоящего Закона.
С лицами, работающими по трудовому договору, он может быть
расторгнут как по соглашению сторон, так и по основаниям,
установленным законодательством Республики Кыргызстан о труде.
