Акционером является гражданин или юридическое лицо, которые в ус-
тановленном законом порядке приобрели хотя бы одну акцию акционерного
общества.
Минимальный состав открытого акционерного общества не может быть
менее 5-ти, а закрытого - 2-х лиц (граждан или юридических лиц).
