Безработными признаются трудоспособные граждане, которые не имеют
оплачиваемой работы и дохода, зарегистрированные в государственной
службе занятости в целях поиска подходящей работы, готовые приступить к
ней и которым эта служба не сделала предложений подходящей работы.
Безработными не могут быть признаны граждане, не достигшие 16-лет-
него возраста, а также граждане, которым в соответствии с пенсионным
законодательством назначена пенсия, кроме граждан, получающих пенсию по
инвалидности III группы.
