Реэкспорт товаров - таможенный режим, при котором иностранные
товары вывозятся с таможенной территории Кыргызской Республики без
взимания или с возвратом ввозных таможенных пошлин и налогов и без
применения мер экономического регулирования в соответствии с
положениями настоящего Кодекса и иных законодательных актов Кыргызской
Республики по таможенному делу.
