При выпуске товаров в таможенном режиме экспорта товары должны
быть вывезены за пределы таможенной территории Кыргызской Республики
в том же состоянии, в котором они были на день принятия таможенной
декларации, кроме изменений вследствие естественного износа или
убыли при нормальных условиях транспортировки и хранения.
