Органом управления свободной экономической зоны является генеральная дирекция (дирекция) свободной экономической зоны. Генеральный директор (директор) свободной экономической зоны назначается Премьер-министром Кыргызской Республики на условиях договора, в соответствии с Трудовым кодексом Кыргызской Республики.
