Платежи за право пользования и пользование недрами (кроме
общераспространенных полезных ископаемых и месторождений местного
значения) отчисляются в государственный бюджет Республики Кыргызстан и
в бюджеты областей, районов (городов), на территории которых
осуществляется пользование недрами в следующих пропорциях:
бюджет района (города) - 30%;
бюджет области - 20%;
бюджет республики - 50%.
Платежи за пользование общераспространенных полезных ископаемых и
месторождений местного значения поступают в бюджет района (города).
