Из платежей за пользование недрами образуются государственные и
территориальные денежные фонды для инвестирования:
- воспроизводства минерально-сырьевой базы;
- воспроизводства и развития горнопромышленных комплексов;
- республиканских и региональных программ развития социальной и
промышленной инфраструктуры.
