1. Ходатайство о выдаче лицензии рассматривается Банком
Кыргызстана в срок, не превышающий четырех месяцев с момента получения
ходатайства, и всех документов, необходимых для выдачи лицензии.
2. Срок рассмотрения ходатайства о выдаче лицензии банку с
участием иностранного инвестора, иностранному банку может быть продлен
Банком Кыргызстана до 6 месяцев.
