Предприятия, учреждения и организации, независимо от форм
собственности и хозяйствования (в дальнейшем именуются - предприятия,
учреждения и организации) оказывают содействие по вовлечению граждан в
ряды доноров, обеспечивают в части, их касающейся, предоставление
донорам льгот, установленных настоящим Законом.
Мероприятия по организации донорства и участию в нем населения
включаются в планы социального развития предприятий, учреждений и
организаций.
