Основными принципами донорства в Республике Кыргызстан являются
добровольность, безвредность донорской функции для человека и
безопасность применения донорской крови, ее компонентов и препаратов.
Донором крови может быть каждый гражданин, прошедший медицинское
освидетельствование и не страдающий заболеваниями, при которых
донорство противопоказано. Донорство не может быть профессиональным
занятием; донор вправе в любой момент отказаться от предоставления
крови и ее компонентов для переливания. Организация донорства и
участие в нем граждан Республики Кыргызстан осуществляются в
соответствии с положениями настоящего Закона.
