На территории с особым карантинным режимом могут осуществляться следующие мероприятия: ограничение выезда транспортных средств и их досмотр; запрещение вывоза соответствующих подкарантинных грузов; проведение обеззараживания подкарантинных материалов и объектов; техническая переработка или уничтожение подкарантинных материалов.
