Предприятия обязаны производить перечисление средств в фонды в день выдачи заработной платы, установленный в коллективных договорах, соглашениях, контрактах. При нарушении сроков, указанных в части первой настоящей статьи, предприятия выплачивают фондам убытки, предусмотренные статьей 5 настоящего Закона. Начисление и выплата убытков производятся в бесспорном порядке через соответствующие бухгалтерии.
