Непредставление, сокрытие или искажение информации о состоянии окружающей природной среды и использовании природных ресурсов, а также об источниках и объемах ее загрязнения, сокрытие фактов о размещении отходов, сверхнормативных сбросах и выбросах загрязняющих веществ или искажение информации об авариях с вредными экологическими последствиями и уровне загрязнения окружающей природной среды - влечет наложение административного штрафа от пяти до двадцати расчетных показателей.
