Уполномоченные государственные органы в сфере охраны окружающей среды и лесных экосистем рассматривают дела об административных правонарушениях, предусмотренные статьями 124-158, 160-162, 170, 179, 179-1, 180 настоящего Кодекса. Рассматривать дела об административных правонарушениях и налагать административные взыскания вправе:
- руководитель уполномоченного государственного органа в сфере охраны окружающей среды и лесных экосистем и его заместители;
- руководители подведомственных и территориальных подразделений уполномоченного государственного органа в сфере охраны окружающей среды и лесных экосистем и их заместители;
- главные лесничие (егеря) лесхозов, государственных природных заповедников, государственных природных парков, биосферных территорий, охотхозяйств и других государственных лесохозяйственных и охотничьих предприятий и организаций.
