1. Дела о банкротстве являются делами особого производства.

2. Дела о банкротстве рассматриваются судом по правилам, предусмотренным настоящей главой, если иное не предусмотрено настоящим Законом.

3. Процессуальные действия, порядок совершения которых не определен в настоящей главе, осуществляются по правилам, установленным Гражданским процессуальным кодексом Кыргызской Республики.

4. Дела о банкротстве не могут быть переданы на рассмотрение третейского суда.
