Собрание кредиторов, комитет кредиторов, временный администратор, внешний управляющий, специальный администратор, а также должник или его участники не вправе принимать решения, противоречащие требованиям законодательства или ущемляющие права кредиторов, а принятые такие решения признаются судом недействительными в предусмотренном статьей 27-31 настоящего Закона порядке.
