1. Временным работникам выходное пособие выплачивается в случаях,
предусмотренных настоящей главой, а также в случае расторжения
трудового договора по основаниям, предусмотренным в пункте первом
части второй статьи 491 настоящего Кодекса.
2. Выходное пособие выплачивается в размере трехдневного среднего
размера оплаты труда, а в случае призыва или поступления на
военную службу - в размере двухнедельного среднего размера оплаты
труда.
