от добровольного удовлетворения требования работника
Одновременно с удовлетворением требования работника суд должен
взыскать с нанимателя в пользу работника судебные издержки, а в
доход местных органов труда и социальной защиты - штраф в размере 100
процентов суммы, взысканной в пользу работника.
