Статья 322. Отпуска работникам моложе 18 лет

The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 4 августа 2004 года № 107.
1. Работникам моложе 18 лет ежегодный оплачиваемый отпуск
устанавливается продолжительностью не менее 31 календарного дня и
может быть использован в любое удобное для них время.
2. Для работников моложе 16 лет продолжительность ежедневного
отдыха, включающего ночное время, должна быть не менее 18 часов.
