Статья 320. Медицинские осмотры лиц моложе 18 лет

1. Все лица моложе 18 лет принимаются на работу только после
предварительного медицинского осмотра и в дальнейшем, до достижения 18
лет, ежегодно подлежат обязательному медицинскому осмотру.
2. Медицинские осмотры лиц моложе 18 лет осуществляются за счет
средств нанимателя.
3. Обязательные ежегодные медицинские осмотры несовершеннолетних
работников проводятся в рабочее время с сохранением среднего
размера оплаты труда.
