Несовершеннолетние (лица, не достигшие 18 лет) в трудовых
правоотношениях приравниваются в правах к совершеннолетним, а в
области охраны труда, рабочего времени, отпусков и некоторых других
условий труда пользуются льготами, установленными настоящим Кодексом
и коллективными договорами (соглашениями).
