Статья 28. Органы управления объединениями нанимателей

1. Управление объединениями нанимателей осуществляется общим
собранием представителей членов, исполнительным комитетом и
ревизионной комиссией.
2. Разграничение компетенции между органами управления
производится общими собраниями представителей членов объединений
нанимателей с учетом требований статей 24-30 настоящего Кодекса.
