Статья 25. Условия признания объединений нанимателей

The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 4 августа 2004 года № 107.
Объединения нанимателей признаются в качестве таковых, если они
отвечают следующим требованиям:
1) состоят не менее чем из трех нанимателей;
2) руководители объединения и других его органов являются
гражданами Кыргызской Республики;
3) зарегистрированы в установленном законодательством порядке.
