Работникам, освобожденным от работы вследствие их избрания на
выборные должности в государственных органах, предоставляется после
окончания полномочий по выборной должности прежняя работа
(должность), а при ее отсутствии - другая равноценная работа
(должность), за исключением случаев ликвидации предприятия,
учреждения, организации.
