Гарантии и компенсации работникам, привлекаемым к подготовке на
военную службу, к прохождению службы в запасе, а также в связи с
призывом или приемом на военную службу, и членам семей военнослужащих
определяются Законом Кыргызской Республики "О всеобщей воинской
обязанности" и другими законами Кыргызской Республики.
