Принудительный труд, т.е. принуждение к выполнению работы под
угрозой применения какого-либо наказания, кроме случаев войны, при
ликвидации последствий стихийных бедствий, эпидемий или в других
чрезвычайных обстоятельствах, а также в порядке исполнения наказания
по приговору суда, запрещается.
