Банк обязан обеспечивать строгий учет и хранение документов, ис- пользуемых в бухгалтерском учете и при составлении отчетности. Ответственность за организацию хранения учетных документов, регис- тров бухгалтерского учета и финансовой отчетности несут руководитель и главный бухгалтер субъекта. Перечень основных документов, подлежащих хранению, и сроки их хра- нения устанавливаются Банком Кыргызстана. (В редакции Закона КР от 18 декабря 2003 года № 235)
