Патентный поверенный имеет право представлять интересы любого лица, заключившего с ним договор поручения или иной договор аналогичного содержания, в соответствии с законодательством Кыргызской Республики. Патентные поверенные могут осуществлять и другие не запрещенные законодательством Кыргызской Республики виды деятельности.
