Каждый несовершеннолетний имеет право жить в семье, знать обоих
своих родителей и право на их заботу, на совместное с ними
проживание, за исключением случаев, когда разлучение с одним или
обоими родителями необходимо в интересах несовершеннолетнего.
Право выбора одного из родителей для совместного проживания дается
несовершеннолетнему по достижении им 10-летнего возраста.
